Wednesday - July 24, July 31 and August 7 | 7-8:00 PM or Thursday - July 25, August 1 and August 8 | 10-11:00 AM Join us in this relaxing, moving meditation group, that anyone can do, to help you heal your body, mind and soul. What you will learn: 1. Identify what your body is really telling you. 2. Strengthen your body and clear the blockages with easy movements. 3. Relax your mind to see clearly. Presented by Lisa Berman Lisa is an Intuitive Energy Healer and Coach who works with people all over the world to help them clear the obstacles that get in their way. She’s a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Practice Group Leader, certified in Reiki, Hands on Energy Healing, Distance Healing, and Access Consciousness Bars™.
