STAFF

Dr. Erica Linn DNP, APNP, FNP-C, RN-BC

Dr. Linn is a Family Nurse Practitioner who treats people of all ages.

Dr. Linn became a Registered Nurse in 2009. During her almost 9 years as a Registered Nurse at the V.A. Medical Center, she cared for people in crisis and saw missed opportunities for healing by treating people in parts. In graduate school, she developed a passion for helping each person achieve their best quality of life.

Dr. Linn has been studying integrative medicine since 2013. She is a Lyme literate provider. She is experienced in treating all types of autoimmune disease, thyroid dysfunction, gastrointestinal problems, toxic mold, mast cell activation syndrome, weight, chronic fatigue, and immune deficiencies. Most of all, her focus has become brain health, including children with anxiety, depression, oppositional disorder, ADHD, and PANS/ PANDAS.

Her doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee focused on implementing scientific research for autism's root causes into a holistic treatment program.  Her program produced significant improvements, especially in patients' language and learning,

After finishing her doctoral degree, she then used neuroscience research to develop a cognitive support program for adults. This has allowed women and men with, or at risk for, Alzheimer's and dementia to better enjoy their families, live at home, and keep their quality of life.

Dr. Linn is the only provider in Wisconsin certified in brain health from both Dr. Amen and Dr. Bredesen.

She helps people find answers when they have been misdiagnosed or their concerns have been dismissed. She guides people who want to stop toxic drugs to do so safely. Because she is trained in conventional medicine and can use both prescriptions and integrative treatments, she has cultivated the broadest set of tools to help people navigate through their options and find a hopeful path forward.

Dr. Linn has two daughters. She likes crafty things like knitting, plus finding humor every day.

Toni Liddy MS. LPC. NCC

Toni Liddy MS. LPC. NCC. is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and has national board certification. She has specialized in providing supportive counseling and case management services in the Milwaukee area for over 25 years. Through compassionate listening and reflection Toni learns of clients’ needs and goals, and assists them in taking steps to bring about positive change. She enjoys working with diverse clients. She is experienced in helping individuals age 16 and over who have intellectual disabilities. Having a working knowledge of community resources, government programs and systems, Toni makes appropriate contacts for the benefit of the individual. Because navigating community support systems is often complex and confusing, Toni supports client follow-through to facilitate change.

She enjoys working as part of a team. Toni believes that every day is a new beginning and that we live not alone nor for ourselves. “I am a student of Tai Chi for over five years, and practice individual meditation. In the community my activities include co-facilitating a small faith sharing group, and volunteering in chaplaincy ministry at a local hospital.”

Toni is eager to use her knowledge and experience as part of the integrative holistic care offered at Shalem Healing to help you!

Falon Graff- RN, BSN - Registered Nurse

Falon Graff has been with Shalem Healing since November, 2012. She assists with patient intake, consults, and procedures.

Falon believes in meeting patients where they are and forming a cooperative relationship to assist them in their healing journey. She defines well-being as nurturing a healthy body and mind, finding spiritual purpose, and cultivating inner peace. Falon believes that good health care must address all these components and embraces a healing, not just a curative, approach to healthcare.

Falon graduated with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 2005 from Marquette University. While pursuing her nursing degree, Falon began an apprenticeship as a homebirth midwife. She has attended over one hundred births as a doula and midwifery assistant and served as breastfeeding consultant at Sixteenth Street Clinic in Milwaukee for two years. She also worked in the neonatal intensive care, hematology, oncology, and transplant units at Children's Hospital. After graduating, Falon travelled to Guatemala where she was a community nurse in a rural village and developed a midwifery training program for lay midwives. After her return to Milwaukee, she worked as an in-home hospice care nurse. Falon is trained in level I Reiki Healing and is fluent in Spanish.
