Shalem Healing is a CLIA waived independent laboratory.  This means that we are recognized by the state to perform minimally invasive laboratory testing and are reimbursable by Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance providers. 

In Office Cholesterol Testing
Using the Cholestech LDX we provide lipid panel testing including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, non-LDL, triglycerides.

In Office Liver Enzyme Testing
Using the Cholestech LDX we provide testing for ALT and AST levels in the blood.

In Office Blood Sugar Testing
Using the Cholestech LDX we provide blood sugar testing.

In Office Urinalysis
Using urine test strips we test urobilinogin, glucose, bilirubin, protein, nitrites, leukocytes, blood, pH, specific gravity.

ZRT services
We perform in office sample collection and then mail sample to ZRT for analysis.  Testing includes female hormone panel, male hormone panel, PSA, adrenal hormone testing, thyroid panel.
