Qi Gong
Qi (pronounced Chee) is Chinese for Energy and Gong (pronounced like wrong without the �r� and with a �g� instead of the �w�!) is Chinese for work. Thus, Qi Gong is Energy Work. In the Chinese system Qi Gong is either done as Qi Gong Healing or Qi Gong Exercise. This course will primarily focus on Qi Gong Exercise with exercises that stimulate the healing of the internal organs. There will be sequences taught that stimulate the lungs, large intestine, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, heart, small intestine, bladder and lymph system. There will also be some Qi Gong Healing techniques taught as well.
